I need your suggestion please π My baby girl ( 10m) has fever since Wednesday night , it drops with Tylenol but increase again after awhile. She is barely eating and drinking. She only likes to nibble cucumber. That is it. Is she teething? Can the fever go that long?

A fever for 3 days isn't normal. Her body is probably trying to fight off some kind of bacterial infection. Take her to the ER.
