No more chances... I will continue to raise these 3 babies on my own time to cut off all contact for a while hopefully he gets himself together it's sad things where good till our 2nd child some times people realize that having a family it harder than they thought but to me it's so worth it I'll do anything for my babies no matter how hard it is

Paternity leave How much time did your S/O take off of work when you had a baby? Luckily I live in California so we have 6 weeks paid paternity leave (55%), but my S/O is getting s*** at work for taking 4 weeks. It's honestly infuriating that people are asking why he needs so much time off and "he's not going to be taking care of the baby the whole time". Umm it's called BONDING LEAVE. It's such bull s*** how people expect dad's to take way less time off as if it's not their kid too. Dad's deserve time off with their new babies too. Just had to rant about this ?
