Somebody please share with me theirsafe medications list. I just hit second trimester and I'm having serious vomiting and diahrea allllll daaaaay. I'm so nauseous I can't even handle it. My stomach hurts so bad. It's been like 24hrs and still shitting my brains out.

I had this issue at the beginning of my third trimester . Could be a sign of labor (pre term labor) if not careful. Call your doctors nurse tell her your symptoms and she’ll be able to tell u whether to go get examined or what over the counter meds you can take

@babymay2016, it’s a possibility not saying you are just talk with your nurse just to make sure . I’m sure it’s just pregnancy throwing u out of wack . Stay hydrated !

Stay hydrated since you've been vomiting and having diarrhea so much. You may want to go to the ER to be on the safe side. They'll give you an IV.
