So I have an very important question that I can't find seem to get an answer from .
So I had an cyst on my ovaries that was 7cm and they gave me an depot shot to stop it from getting ant bigger cause it came from my eggs and the depo went completely wrong i got it on Dec 12 / 17 and I started my cycle on jan. 22 / 18 and last till feb. 16 . And the bleeding was horrible Sooooo bad blood clots atleast 3 big pads in one hour . The cramping was horrible I was hospitalized multiple times i can say a good 8 times during this even almost had 4 blood transfusions. So I want to know can you still ovulate even on depo btw it was my first and only shot..

Wowwww! My comment isn’t going to help but I recently got rid of a 15 cm ovarian cyst that I’ve had for years. My doc never did anything about until I was pregnant he kept a close eye. It was so big that I had to have a csection to make sure it wouldn’t rupture, they removed my ovary as well because it was engulfed inside the cyst. I asked my doctor what can I do to prevent another one from growing and he said birth control. I have yet to go on it and this story scares me to even do it. Sorry!

@nerualauren yesss and sadly I'm on my 18 . I'm young yes and this cyst is on my left ovary and my first cyst was on my right when I was 17 and they think the reason is because , I started my cycle she. I was almost14 and then when I did start they didn't hurt I didn't have cramping it was very light and last for like 3 days then I'll skip cycl3s and then after my cycles was 4 days after I got about 3 years into cycles they became heavier only last for 4 days but once I found out the cyst only because I missed 3 months of my cycle and after it burst I had no pain and NO heavy bleeding and why won't remove it and the cramping felt like labor I'll cry and cry it would come every 2 to 1 min and it was pretty bad and sadly this one haven't burst yet and it's bigger and they saying the birth control probably just waay to strong for my body
