Woke up pretty sick today but lowkey grateful because I haven’t been too sick this whole move.

Desh got a job, which he was able to start ASAP but since we’re still moving and transitioning he starts next week. Today we’re going to look at places if my tummy allows. We were able to get some money to hold us until checks start coming in too.

As for our tax return, we’ve gotten some answers on it. We’ve had to file with an IP PIN every year because in 2014 my husband had an identity theft issue. Well, after being on hold and going back and forth with the IRS without anything more than “oh we sent you a letter stating we just need more time on your return. If you don’t hear anything else from us or see your return by April 16th give us a call back.” MCSCUSE ME BITCH? And you can’t even tell me why, nor does the letter you sent that I can’t even get state why? Oh AND you can’t update my address to a temporary one? Well let’s hope y’all don’t send any other letters right? Ugh. So frustrating! But then I called the tax law advocate for WV and they explained that because of the IP PIN our returns will probably always take more than the 21 days. Which is soooo fine if I know ahead of time!!! Last year when we filed a paper return without the IP PIN they said with it we’d be processed normally.

So anyway, we have someone looking into the refund to push it along quicker. Everything else is falling into place. I am grateful.
