Breastfeeding/ Pumping moms! I am exclusively pumping and today my right boob hurts. It doesn’t feel like a clogged duct. My boob is soft (just emptied) but the bottom of my breast hurts. Like if there is some kind of ball there. And when I press down on my breast with my hand it hurts too. Even when my arm goes a certain direction I can feel pain. My left breast is fine. Just the right. Has anyone experienced this!?
