He doesn’t need your social to claim your daughter he needs her social so idk what he is trying to pull idk I’ve never dealt with child support but I wouldn’t do it if your not sure

He’d need Mia’s social to claim her. Idk what he’s trying to pull but he’s on some shady shit for sure. I know you probably aren’t, but don’t give him that info! A lot of damage can be done if someone gets ahold of your social.

@mommytomia_, I agree with theinkedmommy, my husband has two boys from a previous relationship he doesn’t pay child support but she has let us claim one of the boys the last couple years and we have never needed her social just the boys so honestly idk what he is even trying to pull unless it has nothing to do with taxes and he wants your social for something else cause everyone is right child support has nothing to do with taxes so I wouldn’t do it there’s nothing in this world he would need your social for..

I would never give out my social number. Ex’s can be very petty if shit hits the fan. Don’t trust him now if you couldn’t trust him when y’all were together. Always have your best interest and your own back.

No u can't claim child support anyways that is something u pay bc u guys had kids and don't give him social and when ever u claim ur taxes and if he uses ur baby for taxes he can either go to jail or pay them back but don't give him anything u don't get anything child support my ex husband actually asked if he gets anything for child support and they said no but he decided to ask and I knew that answer but he is trying to do something fishy and also u only need your social and the baby's social if he is trying to claim the both of you
