Does anyone know how long it takes after getting induced to actually begin labor? Only 1cm dilated!

Well after I was induced I was in labor for 17 hours.

Are you getting induced already at 35 weeks? From the start of the pitocin IV labor starts already and it builds stronger and stronger until the baby comes. My labor lasted 9 hours.

@shelyndra, I'm getting induced at 37 weeks but for some reason the app won't show.

@damn.it.red, The scheduled my induction but are trying to give me some other type of medication before the pitocin.

@alexis.ivett Was it your choice to get induced? Also I believe you can change it in the settings if you want.

@shelyndra, it wasn't a choice, it was a medical emergency! I tested positive for cholestasis.

@alexis.ivett How's the baby doing?

From the time I was induced to the time my son came out was 23 hours... I was induced at 37 weeks because of preeclampsia. When they started the induction I was completely closed

Could take hours to days

I was induce & it took me a damn week to actually dilate it all depends on your body I guess
