My PCP didn't want to look at my scalp.....just took a hair sample. He got another doctor to take a quick look at it and swear she didn't see any thing now for months I been in pain n discomfort n shedding of my scalp. So I decided to go to my dermatologist he looked at my scalp and hair and ask if I'm experiencing flaking I said yes n he prescribed me a solution to put on scalp and about a month or so later I'm feeling ok but still symptoms but on a very low level I was diagnosed with seborrheic dermatitis. Its like a form of eczema on the scalp having skin eczema myself sound about right. My hubby really thought I was faking everything n yes I felt good to rub it in his face I'm not going crazy I'm very sane. Now I'm under the care of a well known dermatologist Dr. Micheal Gold!!! He and his team has took care of me since 2003 I so glad he is in my life.
