I need help my baby girl has a drool rash and I don’t know what to put on it. It doesn’t bother her but I hate seeing this rash on her. She throws up constantly and is drooling from teething. I change her at least five times a day and have to travel with at least 19 bibs. I keep her neck s dry as possible and whenever she throws up immediately change her so she is not wet but the rash won’t go away. PLEASE HELP
