Try not to worry to much about the birth plan, just main things like whether you want the baby to have vitamin k injection, if you want skin to skin and if you’re planning to breastfeed, also add your birth partners names and who you want to cut the cord, if you want cord clamping delayed, also it’s important that if anything happens to you and you can’t make a decision you need to put down who will make the decisions on your behalf, I had a very specific birth plan with my first for each stage of labour etc and it all went out the window so only wrote the main things down with my second xx
