This is the rash my son just got last night in the front and back of his body not sure what it is or what it could be…

Scarlet fever maybe? Could also be the flu.

I looks like heat rash idk my boy use to get them if I cover him up too much but is he allergic to lotions or something that might give him this?????? Or did he get shots ??? Does he have a fever 🤒???

Did you maybe change laundry soaps? Try giving him a warm bath and covering him in Vaseline.. The Vaseline will rehydrate the skin and it might go away. No fever? If it doesn't go away by tomorrow I'd take him to the doctor to play it safe.

My nephew had something similar that was on him and no doctor could find out what it was.. We heard it all from laundry detergent to bug bites and it turned out to be scabies 😩😔😔

This is how he’s looking today they kinda went away and he’s feeling much better
