Whats the difference between Braxton Hicks & Contraction?

Hoped it helped I myself had a c-section

Braxton-Hicks is just a tightening of your stomach. Like u will feel it get really hard and 30 seconds later will relax and it’s painless. Now contractions are very painful and feel like u have period cramps all over your entire belly. And they come pretty regular.

@teebaby, lol, I be saying the same exact thing. Some times if your not hydrated enough u will get a lot of Braxton-Hicks. So try and drink a lot of fluids.

Giiiirrrrrrlllll GOOGLE it. Lol... Braxton Hicks contractions are not the severe & Contractions are so severe and they are about 2-4 apart.
