Dripping sweat!!! Sometimes it’s hard to even find the right words to describe the awesome feeling after a great workout!

This isn’t temporary, I’m in this for the rest of my life. Creating healthy habits and making better choices have simply created a whole new world for me in so many ways. I’m a better mom and wife, even learned how to cook!

I read something today that will be engraved in my brain forever.. Fear could be one of our worst enemies, it shows up in so many ways telling us to quit, trying to convince us we will fail, that we are not worth it or that we don’t deserve success. Well that’s a lie! Whatever you want to do in life, go after it!

I wish I could scream this from the top of a roof so every single women and mom out there realizes how valuable they are regardless of their mistakes.

I got my inspiration watching me back there every single day..❤️

It's so sad to say this but me and my man have been happily together for 4 years we've known each other for way longer then that though. We wanted to make a baby because we were so ready for this next phase in our life. So we tried and tried nothing happened (still happy) then randomly after a loooong time I find out I was pregnant in August. I am today 17 weeks and it's been the worse ride of my life. I understand I love my baby and I know my baby is a blessing every day but it's not for our relationship. Every day there is something blocking us from happiness. We constantly fight we can never talk out our problems anymore, and I can never never do anything that makes him happy everything I do I feel like a huge piece of shit for. I was trying to work out my relationship cause i would rather try then throw it out but every day I am seriously loosing hope even with the prayers and time doing it's own. I have never been so depressed. Sorry this is long I just needed to get it out and down.

The amount of support that I received from my sweet friends was phenomenal! Thank you to my friends from BB and all my new friends from ML. Racism is disgusting. It’s sad because it should NEVER happen. It’s even more sad that it occurs in 2019. When you know better, you DO better. The world will never be a better place if others continue to have a racism mindset. Thanks for having my back and standing with me through such a horrendous ordeal. My heart is full and my cup runneth over! I wish I could tag all my beautiful friends! Here are a few but there are so many. Please tag them so they can read my appreciation 😘😘😘🥰🥰🥰🤗🤗🤗 @pookiedoo, @mychemicalshaymance, @latinspice, @jellybeans33, @queenmeeks, @momofemersonbliss, @cams, @xxoceanbabexx, @carmek, @scruffy.nerf.herder, @ek_, @nap.queen, @theamazinglivster, @tipsymermaid, I hate doing the tagging bc I always miss someone. Please charge my head and not my heart. I used the @ button and tagged those who popped up! Continue to be GREAT!!!

@itsamemario, you deleted your post before I could hit send but this is my comment: I don’t know if this answers your question but this is my answer. My son is 7 and he knows race and color. Why? Because he himself comes from a family that is multi racial and because he has already experienced racism. I also believe as his mother it’s my job to teach him color and the cold hard truth about society. He knows what’s going on in this world. I’d be hurting him if I allowed him to blindly walk outside without this information. Children of color are being targeted and killed too. It’s not just adults. I let my son know we treat everyone equally and with respect. I let him know that we love everyone for their differences. In every aspect. Color, race, ethnicity, religion, sexual preference we love everyone.
