Mine did that actually the last 3 of my kids take him to the doc and ask about acid reflux turns out all 3 had it finally my baby doesn’t cry that much because she is medicated

That's what newborns do. That's why doctor says to try to sleep when they sleep. Aside from that, u might get a "break" 2 months from now, but I wouldn't count on it

white noise apps are a good soother for newborns , my babgirl is only 2months & she loves white noise to calm her down

@cbrebelkat, what he does is not what all newborns do. I’ve talked to several other moms & their babies do not cry the whole time they are awake & as far as a break I’m not expecting anything big but I’d like to go to the bathroom or taking a 5 min shower sometimes.

@brook. Understood. I take mine to bathroom with and showered during nap. All babies and mommies are different tho. Didn't mean to offend

He may be colicky. My godson was like that when he was a newborn. Ask your pediatrician.

Poor little thing :( He might be colicky? My little one can be a little colicky too and it’s heartbreaking, and also exhausting. I’ve found that swaddling her up nice and snug, and holding her close to my chest / heart and just breathing very deliberately and slowly and remaining as calm as possible seems to help her relax enough to fall asleep. Then I’m able to lay her down for a bit and use the bathroom or whatnot. It’s hard when they’re colicky - hang in there! ❤️
