I Breast feed my daughter for 1 year and 10 months. I stopped due to her almost being 2yrs old. And well now cause I'm pregnant. She never took the bottle/pacifier . My husband and I tried different brands cheap and expensive literally everything . I couldn't do much but to stay with her 24/7. I enjoyed the bond but it was overwhelming at times . I felt that I couldn't breath cause I was always there with her. I'm a little worried about baby #2. I do plan on breastfeeding but also think I will use formula. What do you mommies prefer ? Formula, breastfeeding, both? Any experiences?

I breast fed my son and was basically forced to stop at 3 months and switched to formula I hated it bottles were such a damn hassle popping a boob out any time and not having to wash bottle not having to walk to the kitchen at 3am is so nice. I’m currently exclusively breast feeding my daughter and it’s so much easier to me.

I couldn’t ever imagine doing formula, like I seriously give it up to those moms; sterilizing bottles, cleaning bottles, buying formula, making the bottles, having to actually go and make a bottle in the middle of the night, etc. no way. I have a 2-3 hour clock when I do stuff by myself, but it’s worth it IMO and the milk is also tailored to fit the needs of the baby, their food is literally attached to you, I get that trapped feeling, I get it sometimes too, but I rather feel that way than go through all the formula stuff. Just do whatever you think is best, it’s your baby, and your body!

Thats with my youngest. He never took bottle or paci. I even put breastmilk in the bottle and no matter what. He wouldnt take it.

Im definitely all about breastfeeding but that doesnt mean that boob is the only way. I would suggest pumping from the beginning and building a stock of milk for daddy to feed baby . my first never took a bottle so i started my daughter on a bottle the her 1st week. 1 feeding 1-2oz 1once to twice a day . and pumped during those times. She took a bottle very well after that, when i would run errands and baby was home with dad.

Stictly cup and boob feeding using those 360 cups, so worked out well for us.
