A catheter?

I didn't think getting the epidural was that bad. Just the thought is scary though.

The epidural was one of the worst parts for me but it was a lifesaver

My epidural was bad each time. First one was bad but not terrible. Second one, my heart stopped and they had to call a crash cart. My third one took for ever because of an anesthesiologist inexperience with scoliosis.

Did you ladies have the patient controlled epidural? When you can press the button every twenty or so minutes? The anesthesiologist made it sound like it was a new thing when he explained it to me back when I had my son.

@rikki.ferguson It was stupendous, I pressed it before they discontinued it and didn't feel anything for awhile after 😂

I had mine two time when I had my c-section on my last one my leg didn’t wake up my hole body started to burn and Itch

When I had my spinal I requested they but the catheter in AFTER I was already numb down there. No need to feel pain/discomfort from spinal AND catheter. And it seriously wasn’t that bad at all. Over faster than I thought possible

When I was first admitted into the hospital I had get that catheter thing and then the epidural but y’all were so lucky
