Anybody else ridiculously constipated from the pregnancy??

Omg yessss!!! Last one I pooped at least two maybe three times a day and now?!? Nothing!! Lol

I get that way. Only things help me are fiber bars or half cup of coffee

I use to poop every day sometimes 2xs a day now it’s like every other day smh. I will be 7 weeks tomorrow

See I have decided that I'm not doing any caffeine or carbonations through this pregnancy. So I can't do that but I didnt see fiber bars when we went food shopping for me. Lol

@morgyporgypudninpie yeah try apple juice. Maybe try oatmeal too, helps relieve it, prune juice, licorice, maybe fiber drink mix. If it's that bad maybe ask doc about a magnesia drink or something

@jaquelinepearce720 stool softener/laxative type of pill.. it's approved for pregnancy. It wasn't like a real harsh laxative just got things moving enough for me to go. It says take 1-3, I think I had to take 2.
