Anyone have a csection and not go to the dr for a followup appointment at 6 weeks pp?

I feel like it's especially important to go after having a c-section

@mississippi.mama oh so do i, i just can't seem to find the time to schedule an appointment and with not being able to drive until after 6 weeks that means we have to take both kids with us to the appointment for the dr just to be like you are healed good and you can drive and have sex now

You may be able to go a little afterwards, but I wouldn’t push it too much. Most doctors understand things can get crazy and as long as you aren’t having sex and what not, I’m sure they will understand.

Mine was more a 5 week appointment.

It took me 4 months after my last ceserean to get an appointment due to personal problems and once I finally got to go I found out that it not only wasn't healed up yet on the outside like it should be but was infected and I have to be reopened and stitched up. I'm still not healed yet and still constantly in pain I never should have listened to my husband. On top of that I'm pregnant again and extremely high risk and could possibly lose the baby if I'm not extremely cautious. She wants me on bed rest but knows I have 4 kids ages 11 years, 4 years, 1 year 7 months, and 5 month old to take care of... Plus a house, parents and everything.
