I was craving a sub from the best cold sub place in my town i went and had an Italian sub ate the whole thing then my sister sends me an article and tells me i shouldn’t of ate the sub I’m not allowed to have lunch meat like omg!!! Did anyone else eat lunch meat while pregnant ?

As long as the place is clean, and you trust it, go for it. Don’t eat prepackaged cold cuts, and don’t go to a place that isn’t clean or looks like they don’t store there stuff well

I ate subway both pregnancy there just fine.. as long as it’s once in awhile and not all the time you should be okay
