@crystal.newman, um no.... lol. I simply asked if anyone else did not GET maternity leave. The job I got is a PRN job, meaning you set your own schedule. That being said you do not get the added benefits like maternity leave and there is a minimum requirement of 2 shifts a month. So, that means since I am due June 4th I will be working either right before I pop or at least one or two shifts at the very end of the month.
@prettyflower1033, I have not even started this job. I start after my orientation on the 2nd. Therefore since I will not have been there a year and since this is a job that doesn’t offer benefits then I will not get “leave” however I only have to work my 2 12 hour shifts a month so I will be working 2-3 weeks after I have her unless they work with me.
@babyjjsmommy, oh shoot girl I was like the fuck?! At least take a week. Lol. Yeah I didn’t get benefits either. I mean I got leave with my first but not paid leave.
@crystal.newman, oh yeah I’ve never gotten paid leave, I don’t think most jobs do paid leave here. It’s crazy because other countries do. Lol I damn sure ain’t trying to go be on my feet 12 hours with 16 patients bleeding and stitched up, hell no 😅
