It was making mine worse I was gutted lol Greek yogurt really helped mine x

I've not had that it's seems to cure mine lol x

Milk actually makes heartburn worse. It reacts with stomach acid x

@melanie-spiritmedium it's curing my heartburn I swear to god I'm giving birth to a chewbacca lol xx

I was like that till the heartburn killed me off lol x
