Okay I seriously need advice! I can't for the life of me get my baby to sleep in his crib. I'm trying and trying and every time I put him down he instantly wakes up and cries. I bought a wedge because I thought maybe he didn't like being so flat and he still won't relax. I've swaddled. I've tried to soothe him by singing, rubbing his head etc. No luck. He always wakes up the second I put him down. I can't go on much longer like this. I need time to myself while he naps to clean and do things for myself.
At night he only likes to sleep in his swing. I'm so frustrated.

How long r u waiting to put him down? I had the same trouble with my daughter I had to wait at least a hour or do the arm test. If you pick it up and he resists or moves he's no fully asleep. You should b able to pick up his hand and drop it like dead weight

So apparently every 3 months they go through this thing when they become little monsters. 🙃 3,6,9,12,15 months, some 14. My friend told me this the other day. sleep patterns readjust.
