Totally TMI photo in comment section below but I’ve been spotting like this all morning! Can ladies give me some insight as to what could be causing it?

I didn’t experience this with my first and this occurred once before a couple weeks ago and they couldn’t conclude what the cause of the bleeding was at the Baby Place ER.
