My roast came out perfect in the oven. Cooked it for 5 hours omg everything just melts in your mouth and it goes great over the top of the white rice and mac n cheese and kidney beans on the side. Yummmmm. My family loved it lol. My lil brother asked if I could make it everytime he comes home from college lol
