Why would a judge force you stop stop breastfeeding in the first place?
Shawna Santistevan·
@raquely, is right, your lawyer should probably read up on breastfeeding laws. Of your baby is still 100% breastfed they can’t force you to use a bottle just so dad can have over nights
Eryka·
nope not true they let you breastfeed until at least 1 years old
Ally·
@raquely she says she's seen it happen with some judges. Like wtf!

Well I think that's a human rights issue and would into it further if I were you.. Well at the end of the day the court is suppose to be looking at the best interest of the child not the parents so if his father knew all the health benefits then he would accept that for now. Well try to wean him bit by bit. Sorry you have to deal with this but rather deal with it now than later. Make sure you put a stipulation that you can leave the province and change his last name to yours or add your last name as the main one that way you don't need his signature to travel later on in life. Obtain full custody and give him his parental rights. Then take a course get a job offer which will permit you to move in case. I know women with full custody but can't leave the city to travel or move because of the fathers access right (visitation) they way around that is abuse, marriage and employment depends. I have been there
