@lovelily I'm relearning a lot of things i used to love to do. This is the best way to deal with anxiety and frustration. I go towards this stuff to calm down before i say something I'll regret.

@krismoore87 I agree. I pour a glass of wine and paint in the evenings when the kids have activities. Very relaxing.
