Ladies if your little ones have an extra long nap in the day do you then put them to bed a little later? Isabella slept for almost 4 hours today 😱think her flu last week has finally gone so she was catching up on all her lost sleep, she normally goes done about 7:30 but I put her done at 9 as she only woke up at 4 🤷🏼♀️ what do you ladies do?

I still put mine to bed at the same time if they had along nap or a late nap as I like to keep them in a routine but it just takes longer for them to go asleep so an extra bedtime story or a film xx

Do yours play up a lot more or then wake during the night? If Isabellas not fully tired she'll become a little s**t 😂
