Just received my walmart money card in the mail.. I activated it online on the website but I have no money on it. Can I still set my income taxes from turbotax to be loaded on the card even if I haven't actually loaded money on the card??? I know walmart will take the monthly fee out and that's fine but I don't want to get my taxes direct deposited to it then they take alot of my money.
