Absolutely! I swam several times with my toddler both at a chlorine pool and a salt pool. Now that I have a bath I take a bath at least twice a week to help with back pain and swelling.
Swimming is one of the best exercises for pregnant woman.
I did all of them until the end when I started to dilate. Water is a great source of exercise!!
My OB would recommend me to go swimming and take baths. The pool helped so much with my nausea. I loved it.
I swam all summer pregnant & took a bath or two. The pool i swam in was private so i didn’t shower right after
Thanks ladies. My OB told me not to even take a bath in my own house because of bacteria. Seemed a little extreme!
