I don’t like electric pumps I feel weird doing it I have a hand pump I want to try other than that I might just give him formula since I’m only gone 5 to 6 hours. Or I can just pump while he’s eating since my boobs leak while I feed on one side any working moms who breastfeeding and pumping or should I just do formula I know I got to pump after work once I start since I only get one break for the 5 hours

You can pump while away. You should get an hakaa pump to collect your leaking breast.

You only need 1 to 1.5 ounce per hour your away. 6 to 9 ounces is good for that amount of time

@beemommyof3, I’ll probably buy one Friday after I pay bills. I need to start stashing I don’t like giving my son formula and he’s picky with it now since I stopped feeding him it.

You dont need a huge stash. Just enough for a few days. 30 ounces is plenty to cover because when your away you will be pumping and have that fresh milk for the baby. You dont want to feed the freezer too much. The milk changes daily to accomodate the baby and its needs
