@twinmomma2b Yea I felt the same way unfortunately I still have to take birth control cuz when I got them tied my periods was really not regular I was bleeding all month that's the downfall but everyone is different.

Lol I was super nervous of having twins again. Me and two of my cousins have twins. One could had singleton twins and is pregnant with singleton. I had twins my first pregnancy then this one is singleton. And my other cousin had a singleton then twins then twins again. And the set of twins aren't even a year apart it's seriously crazy! I totally get why u wanna get them tied haha.

Make sure you talk to your doctor about all possible side effects. I got mine done when my DD was born. My periods have been regular, but the bleeding has been so horribly excessive. I'm considering getting an ablation done if I can ever get insured again (as a small business owner, the ACA does not work for me).

@sassybitch I alreasy have terrible periods. Horrible bleeding like through super maxy plus pads and tampon used together.

@twinmomma2b For the first six month after I had mine tied, I would saturate overnights in 15-30 minutes for the first 24 hours. It was horrible and terrifying. It's slowed some since then, but I still saturate within an hour. I wish I had known what questions to ask. I should have gone into it better informed because an ablation would stop my period forever without sending me into early menopause. Of course, I don't have it figured out (who does?).

@sassybitch yeah, I'll ask as many questions as I have before I go into surgery. I just know it's better than having more babies I can't afford or take care of. I think it's more responsible to get the surgery than to not and end up pregnant

@twinmomma2b Agreed. That's why I'm freaking out about my period being six days late right now. This should not be happening.

@sassybitch my older sister got her tubes tied and ended up pregnant twice so I'm still paranoid but I know it's a better chance of not getting pregnant

@twinmomma2b I've heard of it happening, and I'm really worried. My doctor said another pregnancy could be very dangerous for me.
