My contractions were all around 5 mins or less and now they’re back to7-9 mins/: how do I know if I go to the hospital or not cause they were 5 mins apart earlier today too

I went to the hospital when my contractions were between 5-9 minutes apart because they were sporadic. I was in active real labor they just were off every now and then but I was admitted

They all lasted about a minute though
