So today was annoying... Internet wise.

The DSL light kept going from Red to Green then Red again, holding each color for a minute or two. The Internet light never lit up...

So I do all the internet at home fix-it tips and tricks. Restart the router, unplug the router for at least 30 minutes, etc. etc... NOTHING!

So I call tech support, they can’t find my account, so he transferred me, the next person couldn’t find my account... They transfer me to accounts. This beeshosh finds my account and says she is transferring me to Tech Support (who I called in the first place!!!!)I was on hold waiting for Tech Support 20 minutes! Plus the 15 that I had spend talking to the other people who couldn’t find my damn account.

Hubby comes home “To the Rescue!” He unplugged the DSL cable, looked at it, plugged it back in and all the lights start coming back on!!!!!!!!
