Ugh I hate this apartment! Last week we put an order in because our a/c wasn’t working. They came in and started messing with it but apparently the problem was coming from the outside unit! The guy came back in and told me it was working and that they order the part for the unit, cool right! Well almost a week later and still nothing! Like we live in damn Texas!! Where the days are getting hotter and not only that but Fort Worth is freaking HUMID!!!!! So it’s twice as bad! And am I forgetting I’m pregnant so I need this place below zero!🔥😖

That's unlivable conditions, and you don't have to pay rent until they fix it. And I'd write them a letter stating I wasn't going to pay rent until it's fixed and sign it, and make a copy for yourself. Also include the date that they claimed to have it fixed, and the date you wrote the letter. Also include in the letter that it's hot, and you're pregnant, and that's unlivable!
