To be honest I wouldnt bother spending a fortune on a double when you have a toddler and a newborn. I bought a joie aire twin and now I barely use it anymore as Lola is more keen on walking. Ive switched to a single instead now. She hated the tandem as she didnt like being underneath. The joie is suitable for newborns aswell. If we are out and she gets tired I swap Maeve into a sling and Lola goes in the pushchair.

@kayteamay, that's why I'm getting the kids kargo one as it turns into a single when McKenzie is more willing to walk for longer haha X

I’m not bothering with a double buggy. I’m going to use a sling for baby if arch needs his stroller but he walks more and more now. You can also get the sit down buggy boards if need be

@mckenziesmummy i had the hauck duett as that goes into a single aswell. Lola screamed as if I was murdering her when I tried to get her into the underneath chair. Shes such a stubborn little cow 🙈

This is the one I'm getting from Mothercare fot 490.it also comes with a free carseat at the moment! It can become a single and its quite compact.

Thank you all ladies, she's walking but then when she's getting too tired shed keep falling over so that's why I wanted to get a double buggy but doesn't mean that it has to be her at the bottom surely?

I also wouldn't recommend spending loads on a new double. Until your actually pregnant and know how old Grace will be it's hard to know what your needs will be. Morgan was 2 when Max was born and we only used a double for a couple months. Then used a buggy board. I'm glad I didn't spend a bucket load on a brand new double! I'd go with second hand, friend, eBay etc if you could.

@sara-lou86 I've just had the implant taken out half an hour ago and I will have a look second hand as would be cheaper x
