So my son is in his rebellious stage and doesn't listen to me at all anymore today he decided to throw himself down on the bed because I said not to jump and he hit his head so my husband actually fixes his mouth to say I act like I'm handicapped bcuz I'm sitting right here and he hurt himself... how much can I do to a 20 something lbs baby while holding a newborn baby that weighs 4 lbs I can not wait until I'm able to go back to work we'll see who's handicapped #venting

When my daughter gets frustrated or angry and kicks something or whatever and hurts herself I just sit there too she wanted to act a fool and she got what she deserved and I tell her you want to act like that then that's what's going to happen. I say you need to calm down take a deep breath and let's talk about it. I know she's a lot older than your son she's 4 but I did the same thing when she was his age. It's not going to teach them anything if they throw a fit and hurt themselves and then you run over to make them feel better and baby them. I don't think you did anything wrong

@mommiesaremagical14, yeah I totally agree he understands he's very advanced for his age but when I said it was his fault my husband got pissed and said it's my fault because I should've been watching him and he could've really hurt himself I'm LIVID

@cupcake231 It is an absolutely no way shape or form your fault. Yeah he's young and probably doesn't understand a lot even though Advanced for his age so is my daughter. But he is still learning. I don't see anything wrong with what happened to him being a learning experience. That is not an appropriate way to behave and he's got to learn. You just had a baby a week ago you should be in a totally different room with your baby resting and recovering while your husband is with your oldest. Tell him to step up get his ass in gear and be a man and do what he supposed to do to help you.

Oh okay well that's good but he still shouldn't have freaked out on you. Regardless of what happens kids are going to fall and get hurt it's a part of life I had to get stitches by the time I was 5 and a broken nose when I was 9. Shit happens. When my daughter was about 8 months old we were moving and while we were packing both her father and I and his friends were all in the same room with her but she still fell and busted her nose and had a really bad nose bleed again we were all in the room but nobody blamed anybody. Cause shit happens and kids get hurt
