I'm starting to feel like me and my bf are just friends living together and raising children…

I'm starting to feel like me and my bf are just friends living together and raising children together. He treats me like he would anyone else if not worse. There's just nothing special that he does for me to make me feel like I mean more to him than anyone else. And I still go completely out of my way to show him I love him but not getting anything in return is getting depressing. He says he loves me and can't see himself with anyone else but he doesn't show it.
