Well, when I first had the babies and got diagnosed with PPD I was prescribed a medicine for it. I never took it because on the bottle it said it wasn't safe to take while breastfeeding even though my Dr told me it was ok. Lately I've been so down and depressed I've lost alot of weight in a few days and I literally have to force myself to eat... I started taking the PPD medicine and im hopeing it will help me... Lord I need this depression to atleast ease up a bit

Have you tried talk therapy? I have used Better Help in the past and it really helped me. (You can get a week trial for free.) It’s like sending an email back and forth with a therapist. You can also look for a therapist through your insurance. Sometimes it helps to just talk about how overwhelming mother is sometimes.
