Mom.Life US is excited to announce that we’ve brought on two team members from the community to assist @mom.life_usa 💚

@mommy.to.sterling is our US Community

Administrator and @theinkedmommy is our US Community Manager! These users will be responding to user questions and working to represent you, the community, to Mom.Life.

Q: Why did you

pick these users?

A: These users have been involved for a very long time in this community as

Mombassadors and Community Moderators. They have been unofficially involved in community feedback, and have already been huge for us in hearing what the community is looking for. Making this role official was a no-brainer.

Q: Do these users have the power to see everything I do in private messages and chats?

A: The short answer is NO. We take privacy very seriously, and no one, including

Community Managers and Mom.Life employees, can look at private messages or chats unless they are reported.

Q: How are these

community managers kept accountable?

A: Community Managers and Administrators can be reported like anyone else, and those reports are taken very seriously by Mom.Life. We hold everyone who works with this community in an official capacity to a very high standard, and everyone here at Mom.Life is ultimately most accountable to you all! We’re all human, and we all understand the stresses of motherhood, but the number one priority here is to keep this a happy and healthy community.
