@claudia0786, I called this morning and they said they can’t do anything it’s still processing because there was a hold on the child tax credit. I’m like well other people have updated dates! And she’s like well it should be coming in February.

@claudia0786, I called like they said to do. They verified my identity but said it could take up to 9 weeks to get my refund!!!!! The lady said it’s usually less than 2 weeks though but who knows 🤦🏻‍♀️
