So I let my daughter father see her again because he was being civil for once but nope that was a lie.. When he got my daughter over at his mom n dad house he been ignoring so I called the sheriff and the sheriff said I can't go over there and get her because we made a agreement for him to have her til next Friday .. So the sheriff said he will head over there and check on everything he did and told me the child is in no danger I said ok thanks .. So I text him last night and said I want to talk to my daughter and he said no the sheriff said don't contact you until Friday .. Us thus wrong ?? Because it's not written up in court and he ain't on the birth certificate .. I want to go get my daughter but they own guns ... Is it legal for me to go get my daughter?
