Just had horrible lower back pain I’ve been out of it all day then I went to the bathroom and very light spotting like literally 7 spots of red blood I freaked out .. I guess baby is coming any one else have this happen and if so how long till labor started

I don't think blood is a sign of labor and you may want to get checked out

@lovinmommy51 bloody show is indeed a sign of labor. I always had it right before labor.

With my son, I went to dinner, had it at dinner and went into labor later that night/early morning. With my daughter I had it and she was delivered a couple hours later.

Not everyone gets it. I didnt have it with my first daughter, my water just broke. But i had it with this one.
