Just scrub with washcloth when you wash his hair. That made my daughters go away completely.

@jamierichards361 my doc told me to put it on 30 min before a bath or overnight an comb through with the little brush they gave me at the hospital.

If breastfeeding melt some coconut oil and like half an ounce of breastmilk to make a lotion texture and rub it all over his scalp (it will be greasy) and put a hat on his head and then after a few hours or before bed time give him a bath like usual and a soft baby brush πŸ™‚
