Has anyone had a formula fed baby that only poops once every 3-4days at 3months? The Dr said it's not a huge deal if he's not acting miserable but we're about to go on day 4and he's fuuuuuussy tonight but not straining. His poops are never solid and pretty good in size I'd say but everything I research says he should poop at least daily.

Mine goes every other day to every 2 days. Our pedi said as long as baby wasnt hurting its fine and normal for formula fed babies to go up to 7 days without pooping and breastfed babies up to 14 days

My daughter was exactly like your son. I tried everything possible it didn’t work but when I switched her to enfamil soy formula she pooped every day and it was solid always and she stopped straining when she went, slept better, wasn’t cranky or gassy she’s been on soy since August she’ll be 1 in March

Every baby is different. So what’s normal for one isn’t for another. If he’s straining, crying as if it hurts, or poop is hard and dry he’s prolly constipated. Otherwise it may be normal for him.Rub his belly and do the bicycle legs and see if it moves things along
