Not really honestly, I slept a lot and ate ice chips, hard sour candies helped a little but I was absolutely miserable. Try preggie pops, they’re sour little candies with ginger for pregnancy nausea...

Diclegis prescription from my doctor -- one every night. It's an antihistamine and B6 in slow release form. Helped me sleep and avoid nausea the whole next day.
