Preschools, yes. Daycare, no in terms of education. I don't think daycares teach children. There good in terms off learning to be around other children.

@junesmommy_15, well I’m a stay at home mom. So she knows majority of things already. She counts, knows her colors, abcs and she knows her shapes. She interacts very well , shares and she listens . I’m just trying to find something to make me really consider preschool.

I sent both of my kids to preschool at the age of 4. I was a stay at home mom as well. I felt it gave them a jumpstart to education. They only went two days a week and it gave them interaction with other kids too. But you’ll know if she’s ready or not.

@imanimomma yes they are, my baby will go to prek around 3 because I believe they learning patience ad sharing there plus interaction with kids it's important skills before have kindergarten

@imanimomma, I worked in preschool for a year and this is what our day looked like.. story time. Letter of the day. Sing a song using that letter. Activity time like coloring. Play time. Movie time. Nap time. They learned how to get in a routine. Lunch. And more activities. Some were building things, coloring, drawing, how to connect pictures to the letter of the day, ring cards (alphabets and numbers) and learning name, address and phone number.

I’m sure all schools are similar but maybe have a different routine.
