My ankles and feet hurts so bad what can be the cause of this ?

Well, it could be from the extra weight from your pregnancy (pressure). The ligaments in our joints soften to sustain the extra weight. It could be high blood pressure and/or possibly the start of preeclampsia. Are your legs swollen or off color at all?

@teebaby elevate your legs so they are just above your heart to help with circulation, massage them if you can as well. I had bad preeclampsia. I'd call your doctor first thing in the morning to either be seen asap or set up an appointment to hopefully rule it out.

@teebaby induced me to give birth asap. Preeclampsia can be deadly for both mother and baby if it goes untreated and the only treatment/cure for it I'd delivery.

@teebaby If you start getting it early you could possibly be put on bed rest.
