Yes you can. I haven't personally myself but know a few moms that did. Start by pumping a few times then trying to see if he'll latch. The body has to realize he's feeding from you again to start back up. Drink a shit ton of water, try eating as much oats as you can and try Mothers Milk tea. All things that can help you produce more milk.

If you haven’t dried up then the more you nurse the more you’ll produce. Drink mothers milk tea it boosts milk production. I had a sudden drop when Athena was 5 months and I used the tea and my pump to help get my production up and fed on demand
