Anyone else's wrist hurt like hell? After having their first baby? Is it like a new mom thing?!

My right wrist hurts all the time! Randomly too, I’ll be just laying there and it’ll start cramping. Then it’ll be normal. It happens so much tho. I always wondered why.

Mine was bad when pregnant, all the way up to my shoulder..I had to sleep with arthritis braces 😑 but not to much after birth..only for like a month.

@mrsgoodrich1727 it's funny, I was talking with my cousin who has 3 kids, and the same thing happened with her wrist after her first born. Mine is my left wrist, and my theory is it has to do with what way we normally hold our baby, and our wrist not being used to it! My cousin said she needed cortisone shots in it. I am thinking I'm going to make an appt. To see a doctor because mine kills me randomly as well!
